Karen, the fate of the grasses are in question because they all survived and did wonderful!! Almost too wonderful. I've had to divide some which isn't an easy task. It's gotten me to question my love for ornamental grasses..at least the larger varieties.

Hi Tina! Aware of both but thanks for the links. I do a lot of grow light & direct sowing. A lot of my online friends seem to be nuts for the winter sowing though. Maybe I'll have to try a container or two. I'm running out of growing space.

JP, it is bad. $85 was one place. I'm not about to total things up, but there are worst addictions. Thanks for stopping by.

Have you tried the Garden Web Exchanges (www.gardenweb.com)? There are people there who would be more than happy to send/exchange seeds with you - and quickly! There's even an exchange board for the Winter Sowing forum :)
Have you ever tried that technique? You should give it a try! I'll leave you the link:

Your little plump squirrels are really cute. I feed my squirrels too, but they are not that plump. I have the red squirrels on one side of my yard , and gray, or silver, squirrels on the the side. I love my wild life. We have deer and wild turkey, mountain lions, plus many more, and they are all welcome here.
John
PS; I love your web site!
